Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 2 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival may incur a charge.

Yes, free on-site parking is available for all guests at Waikato Hospital Motel.

Pets are not permitted at Waikato Hospital Motel. The property is also strictly non-smoking.

Early check-in: Early check-in requests should be arranged prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation/No-shows: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. If you cancel within 2 days of check-in or do not arrive, cancellation fees will apply.

Accepted methods: We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Payment on arrival: Full payment is required on or before check-in.
Security bond: A refundable security bond may be required at check-in and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the room.

Registered guests only: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please advise us of all guests at the time of booking.
Visitors: Visitors are welcome during reasonable hours. Please be considerate of other guests.
Maximum occupancy: Room occupancy must not exceed the maximum number of guests as specified at booking.

Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 09:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask all guests to be mindful of others, particularly those resting after long hospital visits.
Respectful behaviour: We expect all guests to treat the property and fellow guests with respect. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if conduct is deemed inappropriate.

Smoke-free property: Waikato Hospital Motel is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in rooms, on balconies, or anywhere on the premises.
Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Parking: Free Parking: One complimentary parking space per unit. No reservation required. Additional Parking: Subject to availability, extra parking can be arranged for NZD $15 per vehicle. Hospital Visitors: Guests are welcome to leave their vehicle with us before check-in or after check-out while attending a hospital appointment.
WiFi: Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is provided. Please display the Do Not Disturb sign if you do not require service on a particular day.

Damage to property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or motel property during their stay. Costs will be charged accordingly.
Lost keys: A fee will apply for lost room keys or access cards.
